You’ll facilitate work orders, perform minor maintenance tasks, and foster a positive workplace for tenants. This role involves rotating weekends and being on-call to respond to emergencies and ensure resident satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas
Facilitate minor repairs in plumbing and electrical work
