Position Summary

Jason’s Mobile Steam Ltd. is seeking motivated and safety-focused Field Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the equipment and manpower working on the Suncor Fort Hills Site, providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all company and industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, training/mentoring and direction to team members
- Coordinate with Maintenance to insure priorities are maintained for operational needs.
- Supervise project ensuring customer needs are met
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management requirements
- Operate a variety of equipment such as steamer’s, combo units, vac units and water trucks in a safe and professional manner




- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using effective time management techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as motivation, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Training Requirements

- Valid Class 1 or 3 License
- Current Drivers Abstract
- H2S Alive
- Standard First Aid
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO) - Energy Safety Canada
- OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness - Energy Safety Canada
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness - Energy Safety Canada
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Intermediate - Energy Safety Canada
- Field Ergonomics - Energy Safety Canada
