Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction and foster a positive learning environment. This role involves working closely with lead teachers to assist students in their educational development, ensuring that all children, including those with disabilities, receive the necessary support to succeed. Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful, inclusive environment
- Provide additional assistance to students with disabilities or special needs
- Prepare classroom materials and organize learning resources
- Foster positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers




- Support the overall safety and well-being of children during school hours

Requirements

- Prior classroom experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for working with children is essential
- Robust communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmental milestones
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Ability to assist students in subjects such as math and reading as needed
- Patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude towards diverse learners
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
