Under the supervision of the IT Director, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of network infrastructures, workstations, software and peripherals used in the company, while also leading and developing the IT infrastructure and support team. Lead the administration of servers, networks, cloud environments and enterprise systems Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT infrastructure Oversee system upgrades, patch management and lifecycle planning Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations for temporary offices and permanent offices Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues Ensure secure connectivity across offices and remote environments Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system and network administrators Define IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives Oversee IT budgets related to infrastructure and operations Act as escalation point for critical technical issues Drive automation and process improvements Maintain documentation of systems, procedures and configurations Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ~8–12+ years of experience in systems and network administration ~Networking (Focus on Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba or similar) ~ Relevant certifications (asset): CISSP, CCNP, Azure/AWS certifications ~ Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL and MSSQL)
