We work with world leaders in a variety of industries, including healthcare, legal, pharmaceutical, investments, energy, and packaging. We are searching for a Business Development Associate to develop new accounts and manage client relationships.

A successful candidate will complete a 3-month mentorship program and progress into an Account Executive role. This is an in-person role located in our Downtown Montreal office. Generating and prospecting current leads to create book of business.

Negotiating and closing contracts with C-level decision makers by learning about their growth goals and converting that intelligence into business opportunities. Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline on HubSpot. Traveling to destination cities worldwide to tend to clients.

Communication and outreach skills: Experience with cold calling and email outreach is a plus. Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.

Pipeline management ability: Continual training through one-on-one coaching, tape training, and role play.



Manager-in-Training program to support and develop aspiring leaders. Business travel to 5-star resorts in locations like Beverly Hills, Miami, Boston, and Las Vegas.
