Bakery Team Member – Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bakery Team Member to support our existing team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a bakery or similar food production environment and be able to work independently while handling high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily bakery production, including preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods
Ensure quality and consistency in all products
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently and independently while being a robust team player
Manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Maintain reliability and consistency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is required
Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
Strong self-motivation and initiative




A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
