Vacations is searching for a Business Analyst to enhance operations and customer experience. This role requires robust analytical and communication skills to document and manage business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. You will ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business strategies while supporting initiatives across various operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and data analysis
Document business and regulatory requirements using ACV tools
Ensure end-to-end traceability of all requirements
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and vendors
Participate in UAT by validating test scenarios Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst
Experience with cross-functional initiatives
Robust understanding of business analysis methodologies
