We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

Duties
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a protected and organized work setting.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow blueprints and schematics to assist in building structures according to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to complete construction tasks on time.
Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.
Support construction management by utilizing construction management software for project tracking.
Back frame, build small decks,



assist with pool installation, basic plumbing for pool installation.

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics is a benefit.
Framing, back framing, deck building and pool installation is beneficial .
Stamina and ability to lift 50lbs.
Knowledge of quality control measures within the construction industry.
Ability to build structures according to specifications while adhering to safety guidelines.
must be reliable and having your own transportation to construction sites.
