As Chief Operating

Officer, you will report directly to the CEO while overseeing a team dedicated to Health, Fitness, and Aquatics, Community, and Childcare services. With a focus on operational excellence, you will lead the development of strategic initiatives that align with the YMCA’s mission of strengthening community through youth development and healthy living. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives
Oversee daily business operations across multiple sites
Drive continuous improvement and operational policies




Collaborate on budgeting and performance metrics
Build solid relationships with stakeholders and board members Requirements:
10+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably in nonprofits
Experience managing multi-site operations
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives
Solid communication and mentoring abilities
