Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Truck Driver plays a key role in the company’s logistics chain by ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of goods.

This position directly contributes to operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards, while working closely with internal teams. Transportation and Logistics Drive a Class 1 truck to deliver products to customers, company facilities, subcontractors, or to pick up materials. Verify routes, transportation documents, and delivery slips.

Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.



Maintain the truck in a clean and valuable working condition. Communicate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries. Comply with road safety regulations and defensive driving standards.

Perform basic checks on transportation equipment (e.g., oil levels, tire pressure). Assist with snow removal and de-icing of traffic areas during winter. Participate in minor maintenance or site improvement tasks upon request (fencing, storage, signage).

Valid

Class 1 driver’s license.

Experience in truck driving.

Experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery (an asset). Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Basic mechanical repair skills. Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate deliveries. Collaborative, flexible, family-oriented, and people-focused work workplace.

Pension plan: In-house training available. Based on a pay scale ranging from $19.00 to $36.00 per hour.
