Prepare items for all meal services including breakfast and dinner
Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety protocols are upheld
Check aesthetic appeal and quality of cold food presentations
Oversee food storage operations effectively
Create and organize a salad bar for guest meals Requirements:
Minimum 6 months kitchen experience required
Valid Food Safety certificate is necessary
Ability to lift and manage up to 50lbs
Background in remote camps is beneficial
