Become a Building Systems Project Engineer at the University of Toronto Scarborough, contributing to major capital projects in a hybrid work setting. In this role, reporting to the Manager of Facilities Assets & Utilities Planning, you will oversee electrical engineering for diverse projects including renovations and infrastructure modifications.
Your expertise in AutoCad and experience with institutional projects will be essential for delivering detailed designs and managing construction oversight. Key Responsibilities:
Provide full electrical engineering services for capital projects
Oversee renovations and system modifications across the campus
Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and University standards
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and technical drawings
Perform construction reviews and manage contract administration Requirements:
University degree in Engineering and PEO license
Minimum 5 years of experience in design for institutional projects
Proficiency in AutoCad and MS Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
