Empower students to connect academics with careers as a Career Coach at Yorkville University. This hybrid role supports learners through personalized coaching, life design, and skilled growth. As a full-time Career Coach, you will collaborate with learners across undergraduate and graduate programs, using Life Design principles to foster professional identity and readiness.

You will co-create agile coaching experiences, integrating academic learning with career exploration in a developmentally supportive setting. Further, you will enhance the Career Education Centre's transformative programming. Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching for career pathway exploration
Utilize Life Design methods to envision future scenarios




Collaborate to co-deliver workshops and curricula
Engage with employers to inform coaching practices
Design approaches promoting equity and inclusion Requirements:
Master’s degree in Education or related field
Experience in career coaching or student success
Knowledge of career development theory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities Cultivate meaningful futures for students and alumni while advancing Yorkville’s mission in career education.
