Administer exercise programs based on qualified referrals
Design and initiate resident activation strategies
Maintain detailed records of resident progress
Support socialization efforts through recreational activities
Engage with families and healthcare staff for cooperative care Requirements:
Completed a recognized rehabilitation assistant or nursing program
Ability to effectively communicate with residents
Compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
First aid certification and proof of COVID-19 vaccination
