Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building quality checks and inspections
Execute minor repairs such as painting and plumbing
Assist during unit turnovers and garbage collection
Respond to after-hour maintenance calls
Communicate effectively with community residents Requirements:
3 years of relevant maintenance experience
Proficient in building trades such as electrical or plumbing
Robust organizational and communication skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required
