BGIS is looking for a Technician III to enhance our building operations, emphasizing mechanical systems maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.

Your impact will be significant in maximizing facility efficiency. As a full time Technician III, you will perform structured inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring the operational integrity of our facility, with a focus on client satisfaction and safety protocols. Ideal for candidates with robust HVAC knowledge and client service orientation. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems
Troubleshoot system deficiencies and recommend repairs
Oversee maintenance work order processes
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Assist in training lower-level technicians Requirements:
Completed high school with trade certification or licensing
At least 3 years of mechanical system maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC systems and BAS
Solid communication and mentoring capabilities
