Role DescriptionFounding Chief Marketing Officer (Equity Prospect)

Apex Modular Construction is seeking a visionary marketing leader to join our founding team and help build a category-defining ConTech company.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can shape the Apex brand, define our market positioning, and create a powerful story around the future of housing.

The ideal candidate will work directly with leadership to develop and execute strategies across:
Brand strategy and market positioning
Go-to-market planning
Content and storytelling




Investor and partner communications
Digital marketing strategy
Customer acquisition strategy
Industry partnerships and public relations
Sales enablement and growth initiatives

Qualifications
Experience building brands, startups, or technology companies
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and market positioning
Ability to transform complex technology concepts into simple, compelling stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Interest in Construction Technology, PropTech, AI, SaaS, or future housing solutions
Experience in startup settings, venture-backed companies, or emerging industries is an asset
