This position focuses on administrative tasks and community building within our center. As a Community Associate, you will collaborate with new and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and managing day-to-day operations in a quick-paced workplace.

With at least one year of customer service experience, you’ll excel in fostering qualified relationships while ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with requests upon arrival
Address Wi-Fi codes and package pickups promptly
Organize and promote community networking events
Handle invoicing and service inquiries accurately
Maintain clear communication with clientele to enhance service Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles
Capability with MS Office and basic IT tools
Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude
Must adapt swiftly to changing situations
