Responsibilities You’ll ensure that our clients not only get results but also enjoy the journey.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Onboard recent clients and set clear expectations
Track client goals and monitor project milestones
Work with consultants and marketing teams to align strategies
Proactively address client questions or issues
Collect feedback and suggest improvements
Build long-term relationships based on trust

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who’s people-focused and results-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Passion for helping businesses succeed

Salary and Position Details
Position: Full-time Client Success Manager
Location: Hybrid (Office + Remote)
Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,500 per month
