In this critical role, you will work alongside the Hospital Manager and veterinary staff to enhance client experiences.
Your responsibilities will encompass greeting clients, managing check-ins, and efficiently scheduling appointments for treatments and procedures. You will also assist with prescription fills and ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and assess their needs promptly
Schedule treatments and vaccinations for pets
Assist technicians with prescription instructions
Handle invoicing and payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized waiting area Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in client service preferred
Robust communication and telephone etiquette
Basic veterinary knowledge is beneficial
