We’re seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and fresh, creative ideas to help lead our design efforts and elevate our brand.Role OverviewAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing the SPC brand to life across marketing, product, partnerships, and sales initiatives. You will create high‑impact visual assets that drive engagement, support business objectives, and deliver a consistent brand experience across all channels. You work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Brand & Creative Development: Create engaging visual assets for campaigns, partner promotions, and company initiatives; maintain brand standards and propose visual identity enhancements.- Design Execution: Design digital advertising creatives for web, mobile, social media, email, and paid channels; create presentations, sales collateral, promotional materials, and branded assets; produce production‑ready files for internal/external stakeholders.- Product & UX/UI Design: Collaborate with product and development teams; create wireframes, mockups, user flows, visual designs; apply UX/UI best practices and iterate based on testing and feedback.- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Product,
and external vendors; present concepts and rationale to stakeholders; manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain deadlines; stay current withemerging design trends and Gen Z/Gen Alpha consumer behavior.What You Bring- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and marketing work.- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team-oriented setting.Technical Skills- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Experience with Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows.- Experience creating digital marketing assets across multiple channels.- Proficiency in AI tools for graphic design work.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation design.- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is considered an asset.Qualifications- 5+ years of graphic design experience.- Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, marketing, and UX/UI work.- Experience working in consumer, retail, e‑commerce, loyalty, or media environments is an asset.- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.How We WorkWe are a flat organization that values growth mindset, authenticity, and diverse approaches to creative solutions.
