You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to challenge existing processes and implement improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational metrics. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and urgency
Collaborate with Project Managers and IT teams for solution delivery
Participate in validating solutions through user acceptance testing
Measure performance outcomes against defined KPIs 5+ years in product or business analysis roles
Proven ability to connect tech solutions to business outcomes
Solid communication skills across technical and business teams
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems
