Make a difference as a Registered Practical Nurse specialized in Behavioral Support at Southbridge Care Homes in Etobicoke. This full time position focuses on dementia care, mental health, and promoting resident well-being. As a Registered Practical Nurse - BSO, you will work day shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing exceptional care for residents with responsive behaviors.

Conduct assessments using behavioral observation tools

Current certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Certification in behavioral training preferred
