Lead operations as a bilingual Regional Director in either Montreal or Toronto with a growing Food/Bev Company. This in office role focuses on sales management and multi-site administration. Our client is searching for a passionate Regional Director to oversee operations in Montreal or Toronto.

You'll have solid expertise in Sales Management within wholesale Food/Bev, along with experience in managing multiple distribution centers. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact operations and requires a commitment to travel up to 30% of the time. Key Responsibilities:
Manage 5 distribution centers effectively
Oversee sales, warehouse, fleet, and administration
Collaborate with General Managers on branch activities
Maintain full P&L; responsibility for operations
Drive team-centered culture and stabilize operations Requirements:
Bilingual in French and English
7+ years expertise in food/bev manufacturing/distribution
Proven experience in sales management
Comfort with travel demands
