You'll partner with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulations. Proven leadership skills and effective communication are crucial for collaboration with diverse teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and internal controls
Ensure accurate IFRS financial reporting
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
Manage general ledger and oversee audits
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes

Requirements:
8+ years in accounting and finance; 2+ in controllership
CPA designation is required
Robust analytical and leadership skills
Public company experience is a plus
Proficient in financial reporting tools
