Capital Market Application Support

Technical Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.
Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools).
Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring.
Robust knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities.

Domain Expertise
Experience in Capital Markets domain.
Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams.
Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, and financial products is highly preferred.

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Ability to communicate effectively with business users, traders, quants, and technical teams.
Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools.
Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python.
