You will manage cross-departmental collaborations aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality. Your adeptness in communication and organization will be critical to achieving project objectives and facilitating improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire engineering project process from design to launch
Prepare performance reports and maintain engineering records
Collaborate with teams to develop production improvement solutions
Involve in design reviews and project buy-offs
Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the plant Requirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
5+ years in stamping processes and automation
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T;, and quality management systems
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
