Join our creative team in Toronto as a Computational Biologist. This role focuses on analyzing complex biological datasets and applying computational models to support drug discovery. We are seeking a data-driven Computational Biologist with expertise in genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing insights to impactful pharmaceutical projects. This role requires proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, along with solid communication abilities to present findings to diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large-scale biological and multi-omics datasets
Develop computational models and pipelines for drug discovery
Collaborate with bioinformaticians and data scientists
Present results to scientific and non-scientific teams
Contribute to experimental design and data strategies Requirements:
PhD or Master’s in Computational Biology or related field
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Proficient in Python, R, or Perl
Knowledge of high-throughput analysis tools
