Become a Claims Customer Service Representative with Intact, offering a hybrid work model from our Calgary office. You’ll support vital operations within our Claims department and enhance customer satisfaction daily. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations in the Claims department.

Your key responsibilities will include opening new claims, triaging workflows, coordinating operational tasks, and processing claim payments. Excellent organizational skills and a customer-driven mindset are essential for success, especially as the position evolves from on-site to hybrid. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations in the Claims department
Assign claims to appropriate adjusters and teams
Coordinate activities for the claim lifecycle
Process claim-related payments accurately
Support salvage workflows and claims documentation Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred
Robust communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work a 35-hour week
Ability to navigate a rapid-paced setting
