Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC

Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only)

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Developer with a robust blend of business analysis (60%) and hands‑on development (40%). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to application development.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work with stakeholders to define project scope and business processes.
Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.




Develop and enhance applications based on approved requirements.
Write and optimize SQL queries and support API integrations.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and production support.
Identify process improvement prospects and recommend technology solutions.
