Summary

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Associate to join our Flamingo+ crew at our 1512 St James St, Winnipeg location. This isn’t just about selling products, it’s about creating memorable connections with customers and helping them feel confident in their choices. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm
Provide personalized recommendations and product education
Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, clean & fresh




Share product knowledge through engaging conversations
Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant setting
Stay current with current arrivals and promotions

Qualifications
1+ year of retail or customer service experience (Preferred)
SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Comfortable in a rapid-paced setting
Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
Passion for cannabis is a big plus
Must be 19+ to work at this establishment
