Conduct ongoing threat and risk assessments at BCLC facilities
Advise management on physical security strategies and threats
Oversee contract security personnel and manage vendor relationships
Coordinate internal CCTV and access control systems
Develop corporate security training and implementation Requirements:
Degree in risk management or related field
4 to 6 years in corporate security or risk management
Project management experience is essential
Robust problem-solving and communication skills
