Join the Ontario Legislative Assembly as an Office Coordinator in a contract role until July 16, 2027. Embrace a agile workplace providing crucial administrative support and fostering collaboration. In this role, you will serve in the Hansard Publications and Language Services Branch, where professionalism and integrity are paramount.

Reporting to the Director, you will interact with various stakeholders while helping manage operations. Your organizational skills will be vital in ensuring seamless support for Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs) and the assembly. Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception services and administrative tasks for the branch
Coordinate distribution of House Hansard transcripts effectively




Review office expenditures and process invoices in a timely manner
Assist in preparing budget estimates alongside the Director
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients Requirements:
Two- to three-year diploma in a related field required
Up to three years of relevant administrative experience
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Keen interest in the parliamentary process Bring your expertise in administration and make a meaningful impact at the Ontario Legislative Assembly.
