Join Financeit as a Bilingual Merchant Onboarding Specialist and help grow our platform by onboarding current merchants in Canada. This role requires robust relationships and effective communication to facilitate the onboarding process. As a Bilingual Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will directly impact Financeit's growth by ensuring new merchants are onboarded efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will include prospecting new merchants, guiding them through documentation and approvals, and managing regular communication until their accounts are active. You will also assess merchant partners in accordance with our onboarding guidelines and maintain meticulous records. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with potential current merchants




Identify and follow up on inbound sales inquiries
Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained from merchants
Assess new merchant partners' information and performance
Respond to incoming merchant inquiries as needed Requirements:
Over 1 year of B2B sales or service experience
Proficient in cold calling techniques
Bilingual in French and English
Familiar with CRM software, ideally Salesforce
