Lead and manage tax due diligence engagements
Review and mitigate tax exposures in sales
Design tax-productive structures for transactions
Create detailed technical documentation for clients
Foster team growth through mentorship and training Requirements:
CPA designation or LLB required
Completed Master of Taxation or CPA in-depth Tax program
Minimum of 4 years in tax skilled services
Experience with M&A; transactions essential
