Apply judgment and decision-making in financial analysis
Maintain client relationships to understand needs and objectives
Review and underwrite loan applications under the ACLP




Conduct detailed financial analysis for underwriting recommendations
Manage risk while assessing and approving applications Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum of five years in construction financing or financial markets
Experience in loan review, prioritization, and approval
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
