SOGECLAIR is hiring an Aircraft MRB Liaison Engineer to provide essential support in evaluating structural non-conformances and formulating aircraft repair solutions. This role operates on evening, night, or weekend shifts to align with production needs.

As an MRB Liaison Engineer, you will engage in detailed analysis and resolution of structural issues affecting aircraft production. Your experience in aerospace engineering is crucial for reviewing NCRs and performing investigations to support repairs. Collaborating with various engineering teams ensures repairs are secure, effective, and compliant with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve structural non-conformances impacting aircraft
• Develop repair dispositions in line with engineering standards




• Conduct on-aircraft investigations for root-cause analysis
• Evaluate airframe structures for corrective actions
• Archive engineering decisions and MRB actions accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in relevant engineering field
• 5+ years' experience in structural engineering or MRB
• Robust knowledge of aircraft structures and repair principles
• Proficient with CATIA V5 and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and accountability
