As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage and process payroll for key international locations, ensuring timely payments and adherence to regulations. Your collaboration with HR and finance teams will facilitate productive payroll operations. This position empowers you to enhance processes that support the vibrant teams within our organization and restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international payroll operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations
• Collaborate with finance and HR for seamless payroll processing
• Supervise third-party payroll vendor performance
• Draft procedures and identify process enhancements
Requirements:
• 6+ years of payroll processing experience required
• Strong knowledge of international payroll practices
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software
• Certification as a payroll professional preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
