We're a busy Toronto family with two little ones a toddler (28 months) and an infant (8 months) looking for someone who is more than just reliable childcare. We're looking for a genuine partner in our children's early development, someone who shows up with intention, warmth, and their own ideas. The primary focus of this role is our infant, with additional support for our toddler during morning drop-off and after school prep.

You'll be the steady, engaged presence that holds our infant's days together while we're working from home. This role starts mid-to-end of July, as mum returns to work in August. The contract runs through February, with the option to continue part time after that for the right fit.

Our household is guided by secure attachment and gentle parenting. That means no cry-it-out sleep training, no harsh discipline, and no screens as a substitute for connection. We set loving, firm limits and we expect the same from whoever cares for our kids in our absence.
