Drive customer communications through phone and digital platforms
Coordinate repair and service appointments for maximum efficiency




Log customer inquiries and feedback accurately in our systems
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage sales
Achieve performance targets determined by management Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant service experience
At least 2 years in outbound calling or telemarketing
Knowledge of automotive service processes is beneficial
Strong persuasive communication abilities
