Your role as a part time Registered Practical Nurse is pivotal for enhancing the lives of residents in our care. You'll offer skilled nursing services and oversee Personal Support Workers while adhering to AgeCare’s established policies. Timely communication with healthcare professionals regarding any changes in resident health is integral to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care tailored to resident needs
Oversee the activities of Personal Support Workers
Communicate resident health changes to healthcare professionals




Participate in multidisciplinary reports and meetings
Contribute to the enhancement of nursing practices and procedures

Requirements:
Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Solid experience in geriatric or long-term care
Robust understanding of healthcare laws and ethics
Effective communication and relational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
