We are seeking an energetic and dedicated full time Barista/Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role combines the art of crafting exceptional coffee and beverages with the leadership skills needed to supervise daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food safety standards are met, and help create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with precision and care
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer interactions
Manage cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS, accurately processing transactions
Oversee food safety practices, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Assist with training current team members in food preparation,



serving techniques, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and front-of-house stations

Skills
Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food industry setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory counts
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
