Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea
Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the dining area, workstations, and equipment
Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus




Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
