Duties
Takes and executes customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintains high quality standards in coffee or other item preparation.
Ensures coffee bar and service station is always maintained and well-stocked.
Greets, serves, and engages with guests to make them feel welcome and notable.
Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure the café is always ready for the next team and to welcome our guests from the moment our doors open.




Cleaning and maintenance of overall café as required.
Setting up for events at Felice through either our Felice Noir, Felice Market, or Private Event Rentals
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations

Qualifications
Previous barista experience
Strong multi-tasking & communication skills
Showcases initiative
Exhibits a solid passion for the café industry
Overall professionalism and high integrity
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
