Duties
Greet clients at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere
Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products
Upsell retail products by recommending suitable hair care solutions to enhance client results
Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare, and product usage




Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon flow
Assist with retail sales by educating clients on available products and promotions

Experience
Proven experience in customer service within a retail or salon workplace
Strong hair styling skills with knowledge of current trends and techniques
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients
Ability to maintain sanitation standards according to health regulations
Experience in upselling products and services to increase revenue opportunities
Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Passion for helping clients look and feel their best with a positive attitude
