Automotive, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Repair Planner with 2+ years of experience in collision repair estimating. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of estimating programs like Audatex and Mitchell, ensuring accurate appraisals for customer vehicles. You will play a key role in improving customer experiences while achieving the collision center’s KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
Diagnose collision damages and communicate effectively
Assign body technicians to specific jobs as necessary
Order parts and coordinate sublet repairs promptly
Manage workflow and communicate clearly with clients Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience
Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell programs
I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or working towards certification
