Joseph's Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate with intensivists and cardiologists while caring for patients with cardiac conditions. This position includes 14-hour night shifts and requires a commitment to high-quality, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
Ensure clinical excellence in a fast-paced setting
Maintain Medical Staff privileges as required
Provide continuous monitoring for cardiovascular patients
Requirements:
Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Physician Assistant
Advanced Practice RN License or PA License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Preferred 3 years of critical care experience
Robust clinical judgment and communication skills
