You will assess and manage complex cases, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients and families. Contributing to medical practice enhancements, education, and research is also a key component of this position. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose pediatric patients with heart issues
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care strategies
Facilitate referrals for ongoing care of transplant patients




Engage in policy formation and guide clinical protocols
Lead educational initiatives for staff and families in care practices

Requirements:
Master’s degree from an approved Nurse Practitioner program
Active registration with the CRNA and NP status
At least 3 years of pediatric cardiology or transplant experience
Competence using Connect Care and MS Office applications
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
