Hi! Were Aaki and Tsan, a warm multicultural family based in Toronto raising our son Neo, who is 20 months old. I work full time while also building my own business, and Tsan is a designer with a calm, thoughtful personality and an incredible eye for creativity and detail.

Family is a huge part of our lives, and grandparents are also actively involved in helping care for Neo. Neo is energetic, curious, playful, and loves exploring the world around him. He enjoys books, playgrounds, music, outdoor walks, sensory play, and learning current words every day.

We spend a lot of time focused on his development, routines, healthy meals, and creating a reliable, loving setting for him to grow up in. As parents, were very hands on and intentional. We value kindness, patience, cleanliness, communication, and someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers instead of just supervising them.

The hours are Monday to Friday 4:30 to 8:30.
