You will engage with governmental bodies, Indigenous communities, and various organizations, ensuring that the voice of lived experience is integrated into policy and practice. This leadership position requires fostering meaningful relationships across sectors to strengthen community responses. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CCSA’s strategic engagement plans
Lead and evaluate community partnership initiatives
Identify trends and recommend adaptive strategies
Provide insights on system collaboration and engagement tools
Contribute to organizational performance and improvement initiatives Requirements:
Proven leadership in community engagement and partnership development
Solid understanding of addiction and substance use issues
Experience with diverse sectors, including Indigenous organizations
Knowledge of trauma-informed and equity-focused practices
